Abstract
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a control system for rotary recuperation converter. It is a rope-drum for lifting and lowering loads, with the possibility of recuperation. The control program is performed in a safety programmable logic controller ET200S and controller with integrated frequency converter Simotion D. For supervisory control and data acquisition is used the touch panel TP177B. All these devices are manufactured by Siemens. To create a control application were used three development environments. Program for Safety PLC was created in Step7, program for Simotion in Simotion Scout and visualization was created in WinCC flexible.
