Investiční analýza

Abstract

The thesis evaluates the investment of the Company OP Papirna, s.r.o. in terms of economical feasibility. The investment in six new machines for the production division and for the graph paper processing division was considered due to obsolescence and wearing of current machines, their decreasing productivity and increased spoilage. Different methods of evaluation of the economical effectiveness were used – e.g. Net Present Value Method, Internal Rate of Return Method, Average Return Method and Pay-back Period Method. All methods used showed positive effect on the profitability of the Company. The investment would also increase the value of the Company and therefore is recommendable.
