Vliv dotací na hospodaření obcí

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou dotačních zdrojů obcí v ČR. Cílem práce je zhodnocení hospodaření obcí v souvislosti s poskytováním dotací obcím různé velikosti z hlediska počtu obyvatel. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které se týkají příjmu obcí a souvisí s dotacemi. Dále vyhodnocuje a analyzuje možnosti poskytování dotací a jejich zdroje a využití. Získávání těchto finančních prostředků se řídí předem danými postupy a zásadami pro poskytování dotací. Na základě analýzy a porovnání třech konkrétních obcí různé velikosti vyhodnotí, jakým způsobem obce dotace získávají a jestli na to má vliv velikost jednotlivých obcí. Závěr práce přinese zhodnocení, zda jsou obce s větším počtem obyvatel v získávání dotací úspěšnější než obce menším počtem obyvatel.

The thesis deals with the analysis of subsidy sources of municipalities in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to evaluate the management of municipalities in connection with the provision of subsidies to municipalities of different sizes in terms of population. The theoretical section defines the basic concepts related to the income of municipalities and related to subsidies. It also evaluates and analyzes the possibilities of providing subsidies and their sources and utilization. Based on the analysis and comparison of three specific municipalities of different sizes, they evaluate how municipalities receive subsidies and whether the size of individual municipalities influences it. The conclusion of the thesis will evaluate whether municipalities with a larger population are more successful in obtaining subsidies than municipalities with a smaller population.
