Měření spokojenosti zákazníků se službami zdravotnického zařízení

Abstract

The goal of my thesis was to determine patient`s satisfaction with services of Český Těšín Hospital Inc. by research. The research was performed in a written way by questionnaires, which nurses handed out to patients on the wards and ambulances. Patients evaluated doctors, nurses, staying in the room, ancillary services and the satisfaction with total care. On the basis of collected information the analysis of research was made. It was the basis for the proposals and recommendations, which should eliminate dissatisfaction and contribute to the total improvement of the hospital ranking.
