Inteligentní nástroj na vyhledávání v datech z optického mapování

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a tool for intelligent querying of DNA optical mapping data, generated using the Bionano Genomics Saphyr platform. The primary goal of the thesis was to enable efficient and flexible processing of large data files using a custom domain-specific language tailored to this domain. The designed system allows users to query and filter data based on various criteria, work with both built-in and user-defined data types, integrate custom functions and access remote servers via SFTP. The implementation was carried out in Python with an emphasis on modularity and extensibility. The resulting tool was successfully tested on real datasets and provides a powerful way for users to interact with optical mapping data efficiently.
