Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe development cooperation of the European Union and the Czech Republic, their priorities and partnership with Ethiopia in the field of education. The first chapter is devoted to the description of concepts such as developing countries, development cooperation, international organizations, and forms of development cooperation. The second chapter is devoted to the development programs of the EU and the Czech Republic in Ethiopia with a focus on education.
