Stanovení hodnoty podniků skupiny ČEMAT

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is the valuation of ČEMAT Companies for owner´s purpose. ČEMAT is leading distributors of accessories for handling equipment and construction machinery. Thesis is devided into theoretical and application parts. There are valuation process and valuation methods described in the theoretical part. Application part is focused on valuation of ČEMAT Companies. First of all, strategic and financial analysis is performed in order to prove „going concern“. Value of companies is determined by DCF entity method. Results of valuation are compared with company´s book value. The results of valuation and recommendations for company managers are interpreted in conclusion.
