Abstract

Bachelor work, in which I aimed to get informations about services being appreciated by the customers of Ben Pension and also how would they extand contemporary services. In my work basic characteristic of offered services is described in particular, much like history and contemporaneousness of the Pension itself, then typical characteristics of offered services which in general differes from the material products and also a characteristics of tourist trade services together with whole process of origin of a new service.

In order to elaborate my work, for me main data has been the secondary data in general, provided by the Pension proprietor herself. Of course primary informations which I've acquired on my own by making a survey which has been filled up by Pension guests, has been equaly important for me.

General chapter of my bachelor work presents recommendations and suggestions about making present services more extensive (loyalty programmes, all-time guests database, etc.) together with introduction of a brand new services such as bowling track, wellness, and many more.
