Kritická infrastruktura komunikačních a informačních systémů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o návrhu postupu určování prvků kritické infrastruktury v odvětví informační a komunikační systémy. V počátečních kapitolách bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny deskripce kritické infrastruktury, informačních a komunikačních systémů a kritérií pro určování prvku kritické infrastruktury. Dále jsou analyzovány průřezová a odvětvová kritéria, informační a komunikační systémy v České republice a stávající procesy pro určování prvků kritické infrastruktury. Poslední kapitoly bakalářské práce se zabývají simulací procesů určování prvku kritické infrastruktury.

The thesis deals with draft procedure for designating the elements of critical infrastructure in the information and communication systems. The first chapters give a description of critical infrastructure, information and communication systems and criteria for designating the critical infrastructure elements. Then it analyses the cross-cutting and sectoral criteria, information and communication systems in the Czech Republic and current processes for designating the critical infrastructure elements. The last chapters of the thesis deal with modelling the processes of designating the critical infrastructure elements.
