Abstract

The thesis deals with one of the main areas of environmental issues, where waste is a source of danger for the whole world. CORMET Ltd. is used for the work, where the main production process is material cutting and machining. The first part is focused on the introduction of the company and its production program. In the second part is describes in detail the description of the individual production operations, which produces waste and the management of the various types of waste that are generated in the company. Other chapters are focused on optimization and improvement of waste management. At the end of this thesis is devoted to economic evaluation of the company.
