Abstract

Abstract: The subject of the bachelor work “Strategic analysis of a company“ is strategic analysis of a current state of selected company. The success of being in business is influenced by inner and outer circumstances, which need to be identified. The theoretical part describes suitable analytical methods and techniques of the strategic analysis which evaluates recent situation and position on the market. In the practical part are every parts of analyses applied on the selected company. On the basis of analyses results recommendation for the selected company is mentioned.
