Abstract

Area measuring technology deals with not only the measurement of physical quantities, but also the presentation of measured data from this perspective is a perspective of sharing data on the most widely used means of transport, Ethernet. Sensors, which allow direct transfer to such networks, are called Web sensors. The thesis aims to design a sensor Web aimed at measuring the height of the surface. Dedicated to the thesis is an analysis of the various methods of measuring the height of the level of liquids and the possibility of connection of the sensors to the Ethernet interface in Imaging, which is the standard network interface. The work deals with how the theoretical analysis and practical proposal, including the implementation of the power supply for Ethernet. At the conclusion of the work is described the usefulness of such equipment and practical measurement.
