Implementace Business resilience do podmínek energetické kritické infrastruktury České republiky

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou implementace principů zvyšování resilience organizací, zejména z pohledu implementace managementu kontinuity podnikání, v prostředí kritické infrastruktury v odvětví Energetika – elektřina. Práce má za cíl harmonizovat připravenost na mimořádné události a krizové situace organizací v tomto odvětví podle právních předpisů a lokální regulace s moderními přístupy zavádění managementu kontinuity podnikání, tak, aby nedocházelo k překryvům aktivit a redundanci činností.

This thesis deals with the implementation of the principles of increasing the resilience of organizations, especially from the perspective of implementing business continuity management, in the critical infrastructure environment in the Energy – electricity sector. The thesis aims to harmonize the emergency and crisis preparedness of organizations in this sector according to legislation and local regulation with modern approaches to the implementation of business continuity management, so as to avoid overlapping activities and redundancy of activities.
