Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is company valuation DUVAS-UNI, s. r. o., on the date 1. 1. 2009 for the purpose of sale this company. For valuation purposes, two methods are applied: discounted cash flow Method in equity version and method of capitalized profits. Valuation was also conducted my applying real option methodology. Diploma thesis is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, selected methods for company valuation are described. In the second chapter, long-term financial plan propsal and valued company is described. Third chapter is application part of the diploma thesis. Given valuation methods are applyied, results and comments are stated at the end of the chapter.
