Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to develop evacuation scenarios for the multifunctional sports hall Werk Aréna in Třinec, focusing on selected emergency situations. To identify potential risks, the Ishikawa diagram method was used, while their assessment was carried out using the consequence-probability risk matrix. This process led to the identification of four key situations: fire, hazardous chemical release, active shooter attack, and improvised explosive device. Considering the scope of the thesis, evacuation scenarios were further developed for three of these events – fire, active shooter attack, and improvised explosive device. The scenarios present proposed procedures that could be applied in the event of an actual emergency. Each scenario emphasizes effective evacuation management and coordination between the involved parties. The proposed scenarios may also serve as a basis for optimizing safety measures in publicly accessible facilities and contribute to improving their overall preparedness for emergency situations.
