Abstract

Thesis deals with the introduction of safety management and occupational health in company ABA Šumperk. The thesis contains a complete audit of OHS in the company. Control documents, directives and working environment, including accident statistics. Part of this work is a recommendation and a summary of all the shortcomings should be corrected and supplemented. Work includes practical advice and the most common mistakes committed by the company´s certification.
