Návrh zástavby proluky mezi panelovými domy v Ostravě - Porubě

Abstract

The subject of this Bachelor work is to design a multifunctional building in the existing gap between the residences on the street Francouzská. The building will provide space for civil amenities, administration and housing units. The work deals also with the proposal of connections to utilities, parking, necessary adjustments in the neighborhood and also the placement of furniture. On the introduction an analysis of the problem is presented, the scope and objectives of the bachelor work are established and the requirements to achieve the bachelor work are presented. On the general starting aspects I provide a summary of the general knowledge that affects the proposal. Then, I describe the city of Ostrava - Poruba and the defined territory. The second half of the theoretical part is a technical report and a brief economic evaluation of the proposal. The final design is expressed by the drawing, which is an integral part of the work.
