Snižování nákladů v nákupním procesu

Abstract

The aim of my diploma work is to reduce costs in a purchase process. I focus on an analysis and development of a supply chain. In theoretical part, I describe basic terms related to company purchase, supply chain and partnership. In the next chapter, I present some information about the company where I performed the analysis. In the practical part, I describe company purchase activities and then I analyse those activities which are related to the supply chain and partnership. In the end, I summarize all information and I propose some improvements which should lead to the stated costs reduction.
