Abstract
This diploma thesis analyzes a sales process in a chosen company. The goal of this thesis was to evaluate customer satisfaction in FairNet Solution Company, Ltd. using an analysis of the sales process and survey, in which the general approach and action taken by this company were evaluated. Based on the facts and findings from the literature recommendations were formulated, which could make the sales process at FairNet Solution Ltd. more effective.
