Legislativní postupy pro výstavbu vodohospodářských zařízení

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with law in force in relation to preparation of building up, following building up and also running of the Water Management Facilities, mostly the Water Main, Sewerage and Small Water Reservoirs. First two chapters of this diploma thesis concern with statutes and regulatory legislation, too. One of the sub-chapters mentioned above is dedicated to preparation of the new Building Act, which is not approved nowadays but it is expected soon. The next two chapters concern with the legislative and regulatory proceedings for building up of the Water Main, Sewerage and Small Water Reservoirs.
