Koncepce vzdělávání v rámci rozvoje sociálního potenciálu organizace

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat situaci týkající se vzdělávání a rozvoje sociálního potenciálu v organizaci a srovnat ji s teoretickými poznatky získanými studiem odborné literatury. V práci jsou popsány teoretické postupy vzdělávání a způsob plánování vzdělávacích aktivit v organizaci. V reakci na získané poznatky a zjištěné skutečnosti jsou v závěru práce vypracovány náměty a doporučení pro management.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to map over a situation related to education and development of a social potential in an organization and to compare it with theoretical informations gained while studying professional literature. There are theoretical procedures and realized findings described in the thesis as well as a way of planning training activities in the organization. There are suggestions and proffers worked out for the management at the end of the thesis as the answer of gained evidences.
