Analýza využívání fotovoltaických elektráren základními územními samosprávnými celky

Abstract

The bachelor thesis “Analysis of Use Photovoltaic Power Plants by Basic Local Governments” is focused on running of photovoltaic power plants and their use by basic local governments. A theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the introduction of legislative, especially tax and accounting, conditions of running photovoltaic power plants and a description of the current possibilities of using photovoltaic power plants by basic local governments. I practical part is included an analysis of energy management in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm with proposing possible ways of achieving energy savings.
