Analýza společenské odpovědnosti ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This thesis is focused on Corporate Social Responsibility Analysis in a ČEZ energetické služby, Ltd. I deal with theoretical backround of topic in first part. I introduce historical development of Corporate Social Responsibilty concept in world, EU and Czech Republic. I explain meaning and principle of CSR as well as arguments for and against this concept and I mainly characterize three basic strategically field of CSR. Another part of this thesis gives characteristics of selected company. This practical part continue with Corporate Social Responsibility Analysis in ČEZ energetické služby, Ltd. I conducted the analysis through interview, questioning, observation, exploration of internal data as well. I made proposals and recommendations for each pillar, which should lead to better efficacy of this concept in a selected company.
