Abstract
This diploma thesis describes the design of controlling the purchase of VÚHŽ Inc. Outside the theoretical analysis of components controlling, which also includes the characteristics of the company, it is part of the work created by an analysis of the current state of economic management in the company. Based on this analysis, the design of a shopping area of controlling, which can serve as a basis for its creation.
