Analýza poruchovosti strojů a ekonomické dopady těchto poruch v podmínkách společnosti VP, a.s.

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the analysis of machinery and economic consequences of these failures in the company VP, a.s. The analysis was carried out in the production department of the company and for analyzing was used method FMEA. Attention was focused on the progress of the cutting process and in particular to stop due to a fault. Disorders were analyzed in terms of the possibility of occurrence, impact on businesses and consumers a possibility of undetected faults. On the basis of the assigned expert ratings were calculated RPN and consequently measures designed to reduce this number. On the basis of the analysis were then proposed measures to address the issue of failure of machines from the system point of view.

In the processing I came out of the theoretical interpretation of FMEA and the auxiliaries indicators. In actual application of theoretical bases have been used internal resources of the company, in particular the testimony of competent persons and the study of internal documents.
