Abstract

This diploma thesis discusses how to create geometric plan for the allocation of property borders and determination of ownership rights of real property. This task requires examination of directives, standards, decrees and laws which describes this issue. Thesis analyzes individual parts which geometric plan contains. Thesis in next analyzes process of creating individual parts of plan. Diploma thesis discusses about: gathering documents and their investigation, preparing documents for measurement, description of land surveying work, creating original of geometric plan. Thesis contains information about valid coordinate system, methods of measuring and methods of creating geometric plan. Thesis examines historical developments and needed of creating geometric plans for cadastre of real estates, because geometrical plan is base for execution of juridical operation.
