Analýza a zhodnocení agenturního zaměstnávání u vybrané agentury práce

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of agency employment. The aim of the thesis is to outline the topic of agency employment based on the analysis of the legal regulation and the research provided at the chosen labour agency as well as final evaluation of it. In theoretical part, there is a legal regulation of agency employment determined, an employment arranged by the agency is described as well as its significance, needed permission and rights and duties resulting from it. Practical part deals with agency employment from the point of agency view. Further part is devoted to agency employment from the point of employer view; three concrete companies are chosen and there is an equality of working and wage conditions given under investigation. After evaluation of agency employment, conclusions are given.
