Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti personální agentury

Abstract

The aim of the theses is evaluation of competitiveness of the personal agency Comac jobs s.r.o. The theses comprises four parts where the first one accounts for theoretical basis which serves as an explanation of terms as competition, competitiveness, competitive advantage and explanation of the individual analyses which served as a basis for the analysis of the competitiveness of the company. In the next part, personal agency Comac Jobs s.r.o. has been introduced. The analysis of evaluation of the company‘s competitiveness has been carried out in the third part. Analysis has been made by means of financial analyses namely horizontal analysis and ratio analysis. Furthermore, strategic analyses like PEST analysis, Porter’s model of five competitive powers and SWOT analysis has been utilized. Everything has been summarized in the last part of the thesis in the form of proposals and recommendations.
