Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial management of the Vratimov municipality in years 2007 - 2011. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts relating to the municipality and its financial management. In the practical part is made to analysis of revenues and expenditures according to budget classification in each year and the development of their structure. For this analysis were used 2-12 M FIN statements and final accounts of the town.
