Abstract

The focus of this thesis is managing of industrial company in terms of organisation structure and collaboration not only in formal hierarchical and structural defined departments but also in terms of collaboration throughout company. The thesis defines proses and cons of each described organisation structure. The theoretical part describes limiting factors of managing and collaboration inside company, such as leading methodology, company culture and communication and collaboration. Practical part of this thesis focuses on implementation of change in a customer approach and its connected change in internal collaboration, all in agreement with pilot project of functional cells, completed with a rough prediction of this strategy development if, after evaluation, this collaboration change is not implemented into formal organization structure of the company. Highlighted is an importance of system-based processes in company.
