Abstract

The title of my thesis is “ Foreign Market Entry Marketing Plan Development of a Chosen Company”. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the working of Diamant Spa, s.r.o company with the aid of marketing analysis and propose marketing plan for entering a Slovakian market. The thesis is divided into seven parts. The introduction of the thesis deals with the reasons of wellness origin. The second chapter contains the characteristic of the Diamant Spa, s.r.o company. The following chapter deals with theoretical possible actions of the thesis. The forth chapter describes marketing methods used at the practical part of this thesis. The following two chapters create the practical part of the thesis. There is the situation of Diamant Spa, s.r.o company, analyzed and valued in detail, made analysis of information and drafted the proposal of marketing plan for entering of company a Slovakian market. The closing chapter evaluates and summarizes the whole thesis, characterizes briefly its constituent parts and evaluates it with regard to the aim of the thesis.
