Abstract

Goal of diploma work was to prepare modular system for car Hydrogenix. Solution was build on base of Tacx Fortius 1942. I completed, studied along with its handle software. For closer understanding, how program works, which data computed gets from simulator, i studied communication between software and fysical part of simulator traverse thru USB. On basis of its principles i made driver for Linux operating system. Compared against orininal one, cooperate with all input subsystem, can be used also for other aplications, and serve as a base for Hydrogenix driver. Afted understanding of simulator Tacx Fortius 1942 i specified general model of simulator. It contains visual, fysical, sound, input and output modules. For implementation i used open-source program TORCS. This contains necessary modules named in abstract proposal. I specified data necessary to build track for Hydrogenix simulator. At the end of dimploma work is stated future develoment.
