Abstract

The work is focused on using of probabilistic methods in the field of reliability assessment supporting structures, which are based on probabilistic definition of input variables using histograms. For selected load-bearing structures were analyzed in terms of the reliability of structural elements and systems according to the carrying capacity and serviceability limit states, taking into account the elastic and elastic-plastic behavior. Calculations were performed using SBRA and DOProC methods, which are applied in programs AntHill, respectively ProbCalc.
