Abstract
Diploma thesis is focused on image analysis of a machinery company. The main objective is the image analysis of the machinery company Vítkovice Testing Center s.r.o. in a labour market from perspective of technically oriented secondary schools and universities in Ostrava. Partial objectives are awareness analysis of the machinery company and analysis of key factors when choosing a job. These objectives were carried out by quantitative research. In this case, it was research made by questionnaire. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the company, the theoretical bases of image analysis, sample of respondents and description of data collection within the research process. The research involved 161 students. The practical part describes the analysis of the data, which were acquired by the research. Statistic methods (chi-square tests, t-tests, ANOVA and correlation analyses) were used within the data analysis. Suggestions and recommendations for the image and awareness of the machinery company Vítkovice Testing Center s.r.o. and for support the demand for her job vacancies were formed based on this analysis.
