Technické prostředky prvosledových hlídek v rámci Policie ČR

Abstract

Obsahem předložené bakalářské práce je seznámení s problematikou technických prostředků, kterými disponují prvosledové hlídky zřízené v rámci Policie ČR. Tato práce sestává z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část práce se nejprve zaměřuje na právní předpisy, které jsou spjaté s výkonem služby v Policii České republiky. V dalších částech práce je pozornost věnována především činnosti prvosledových hlídek Policie ČR. Poté následuje přehled ochranných a donucovacích prostředků, kterými jsou tito příslušníci vybaveni. V rámci praktické části byly formou dotazníkového šetření zhodnoceny odborné znalosti příslušníků prvosledových hlídek a jejich zkušenosti s používáním donucovacích prostředků. Posledním krokem bylo provedení analýzy ochranných prostředků příslušníků prvosledové hlídky s důrazem na identifikaci jejich nedostatků.

The content of the submitted bachelor's thesis is to get acquainted with the issue of resources available to the first-line patrols established within the Police of the CR. This work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis first focuses on legal regulations that are related to the performance of services in the Police of the Czech Republic. In sections of the work, attention is mainly paid to the activities of first-line patrols of the Police of the CR. This is followed by an overview of the protective and coercive means that these members are equipped with. In the practical part, the expertise of members of first-line patrols and their experience with the use of coercive means were evaluated in the form of a questionnaire survey. The final step was the implementation of protective equipment for members of the first-line patrol with an emphasis on identifying their shortcomings.
