Zhotovení bronzového odlitku klepadla dle vlastního návrhu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhotovit bronzový umělecký odlitek klepadla se zvířecí tematikou dle vlastního návrh. Práce se děli na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá obdobím Romantismu a zobrazováním zvířat v umění. Zabývá se také 3D tiskem, kterého bylo využito při výrobě modelu. Praktická část práce se zabývá výrobou uměleckého odlitku – od tvorby a tisku modelu a jeho povrchové úpravy, přes výrobu slévárenské formy až po odlití samotného odlitku, provedení cizelérských prací a povrchových úprav odlitku.

The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is to make a bronze artistic casting of an animal themed door knocker according to own design. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the period of Romanticism and the depiction of animals in art. It also deals with 3D printing, which was used in the production of the pattern. The practical part of the work deals with the production of an artistic casting - from the creation and printing of the pattern and its surface finish, through the production of the foundry mold to the casting process itself, execution of finishing works and surface finish of the cast.
