Využití Cloud computingu k vybavení ICT na základních školách

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to support education in elementary schools with application of Cloud Computing in the Moravian-Silesian Region. There are defined basic terms of Cloud Computing such as data centers, clients, virtualization or outsourcing. The practical part was focused on the analysis of ICT equipment in primary schools. Data was collected by questionnaires created in Google Docs forms that have been applied also for other part of the thesis which is focused on the research interests of CC services. The questionnaire was divided into two basic options. The first option included a set of questions for schools using CC. The second option included other questions which were corresponded by schools not using CC. Both options were compared to each other, so the author sees the main contribution of this thesis in a both views of elementary schools in cloud services. In the last part there were proposed recommendations and procedure for the transition to Cloud Computing.
