Kino v obci Radovesice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem nového kina s občerstvením v obci Radovesice u Libochovic. Práce je zpracována formou dokumentace pro stavbu na základě architektonické studie. Součástí práce je stavební část projektové dokumentace, která obsahuje technickou zprávu a výkresovou dokumentaci v příslušném měřítku. Výkresová část obsahuje půdorysy, základový plán, plán střechy, výkres stropní konstrukce, řezy, pohledy, situaci, konstrukční detail a výkazy vybraných stavebních prvků. Navržený objekt se skládá z hlavní hmoty kina s kinosálem a navazující přízemní části s občerstvením, která je s hlavní budovou provozně propojena vestibulem. Součástí práce je také tepelně technické posouzení vybrané střešní konstrukce nad prostorem občerstvení dle platných požadavků ČSN a statický výpočet jednoho vybraného konstrukčního prvku v návaznosti na celkové konstrukční řešení objektu. Návrh respektuje funkční, provozní, technické a konstrukční požadavky kladené na objekt kulturního charakteru. Architektonické řešení budovy je navrženo s cílem začlenit budovu do území obce Radovesice a jejího širšího okolí. Vzhledem k blízkosti zámku Libochovice a vizuální návaznosti na zámecké zahrady je kladen důraz na vhodné hmotové, materiálové, barevné a výrazové řešení tak, aby budova přirozeně zapadla do daného prostředí a nenarušovala jeho charakter.

The bachelor's thesis is related to the design and deals with the concept of a new cinema building with a small snack bar. The building is located in the village of Radovesice near Libochovice. The work is prepared in the form of construction documentation based on an architectural study. It includes the construction part of the project documentation, which consists of a technical report and drawing documentation in the appropriate scale. The drawing part contains in particular floor plans, foundation plan, roof plan, ceiling structure layout, sections, views, situation plan, construction detail and reports of selected building elements. The proposed building consists of the main volume of the cinema with a cinema hall and an adjacent single-storey part with a small snack bar, which is functionally connected to the main building by a vestibule. The work also includes a thermal and technical assessment of the selected roof structure above the refreshment zone according to the valid requirements of the Czech National Standard Code (ČSN) and a static calculation of one selected structural element in relation to the overall structural design of the building. The design respects the functional, operational, technical and construction requirements imposed on a cultural building. The architectural concept is designed with the building's integration into the village of Radovesice and its wider surroundings in mind. Given the proximity of Libochovice Chateau and the visual connection with the chateau gardens, emphasis is placed on appropriate mass, material, color and architectural expression so that the building naturally fits into its environment and does not disrupt its character.
