Zhodnocení investičního záměru - pořízení fotovoltaické elektrárny

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza investičního záměru, tj. projektu fotovoltaické elektrárny umístěné na střeše domu Společenství vlastníků bytových jednotek.

Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se věnuje obecným teoretickým aspektům investičního rozhodování, klasifikaci investičních projektů, jednotlivými fázemi investičního projektu, teorií ukazatelů (kritérií) hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice. Praktická část je zaměřena konkrétně na investování do fotovoltaických elektráren, tj. na popis stavu legislativy týkající se fotovoltaických elektráren a to jak po stránce technické, tak ekonomické včetně daňových zákonů a dále na analýzu tohoto investičního záměru. K analýze byla použita tzv. kritéria hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti, tj. rentabilita investovaného kapitálu, doba úhrady, čistá současná hodnota, vnitřní výnosové procento a index ziskovosti pro různé možnosti (alternativy) investování.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the investment project, it means the project of a photovoltaic power plant which is placed on the Owners of residential units´ housetop.

The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part concerns with general theoretical aspects of the investment decisions, investment projects´ classification, with the individual stages of the investment project, with the theory of indicators (criteria) of the investment economical effectiveness evaluation.

The practical part is focused on the particular investment into the photovoltaic power plants. It is the description of the legislative state, concerning the photovoltaic power plants, both technical and economic sides, including tax laws, as well as the analyses of this investment project. I am going to use so called criteria of the economical effectiveness evaluation that is a profitability of the invested capital, payback period, net actual value, internal rate of return and the profitability index for different options (alternatives) of investments.
