Zavedení systému odpadového hospodářství u vznikající firmy, s náplní podnikání v oblasti nakládání s odpady

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odpadového hospodářství současné doby z pohledu současných platných zákonů a jejich aplikace do praxe. V úvodní části stručně popisuje vznik a problematiku odpadů od dávné historie až po současnost. Druhá část přibližuje problematiku odpadů současnosti, definuje základní druhy odpadů produkovaných naší společností, uvádí veškeré povinnosti původců odpadů vyplývající z platného zákona o odpadech, popisuje ekonomické nástroje orgánů státní správy, jenž mají původce donutit plnit zákonné povinnosti, posuzuje schopnost původců odpadů tyto povinnosti plnit a vysvětluje důvod vzniku specializovaných odborných firem, které nabízí řešit odpadovou problematiku za ně. Třetí část práce je zaměřena na platné legislativní předpisy České republiky v oblasti nakládání s odpady a jejich zavedení do praxe, tzn. popisuje postupy pro založení nové firmy a získání potřebných oprávnění k podnikání v oblasti nakládání s odpady. V poslední části práce je charakterizována fiktivní firma, jejímž záměrem je podnikání v oblasti nakládání s odpady. Nejprve představuje podnikatelský záměr firmy, definuje konkrétní kroky pro zavedení firmy a získání potřebných oprávnění, následně popisuje činnost firmy, provozní zázemí firmy, povinnou agendu firmy a samozřejmě její nabízené služby.

This bachelor thesis deals with problems of waste management from the perspective of the current period of current laws and their application in practice. In the introductory section briefly describes the emergence and the waste from ancient history to the present. The second part approaches the issue of waste present, defines the basic types of waste produced by our company, says the producer of all obligations arising from the current law on waste, describes the economic instruments of state administration bodies, which are forcing the designer to meet legal obligations, assessing the ability of the producer to meet those obligations and explains the reason for the emergence of specialized professional firms that offer to address the waste problem for them. The third part of the work is focused on the legislative of the Czech Republic in the field of waste management and implementation, ie. describes procedures for establishing new companies and obtaining the necessary authorization to do business in the field of waste management. In the last part of the work is characterized by a fictitious company, whose intention is to trade in waste management. First is a business plan company, defines the concrete steps for the establishment of the company and obtaining the necessary permissions, then describes the activities of the company, operational background of the company, liable agenda and, of course, the company offered its services.
