Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on process mapping in the company HERTIN s.r.o. Methods which help us determine and define the processes in more detail are described here. The ATTIS software has been used for the graphic process mapping. The thesis also analyses methods for the standardization and improvement of these processes.

A partial aim of the diploma thesis will be to map the current state of company processes in HERTIN s.r.o. and their subsequent projection into process maps. Using this aim should lead to the achievement of the main aim, which is to suggest such recommendations so that it would be possible to make the chosen processes more efficient.

In its conclusion, the thesis deals with specific recommendations the aim of which is to make the inner processes more efficient and thus improve the efficiency of the company as a whole. This improvement of efficiency should in the upshot lead to the increase in competitiveness of HERTIN s.r.o.
