Aplikace a ověření specifických vícekriteriálních metod při strategickém rozhodování o lokalaizaci poboček společnosti

Abstract

The doctoral thesis deals with strategic decision making on subsidiaries location of transnational corporation in the Czech Republic. There are checked up and selected suitable quantitative methods of economic analysis for this problem. The theoretical basis for dealing with this problem is general decision making theory, strategic decision making method, multicriterial decision making and methods and localization strategic decision making. The joint stock company Vodafone Czech Republic was selected as subject for case study application. The empirical checking the decision making process on subsidiaries location was performed with both inexact and exact approach and subsequently the results of both approaches were compared.
