Analýza managementu vybraného florbalového klubu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza managementu florbalového klubu, SK P.E.M.A. Opava. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část se zabývá pojmy, týkající se managementu, sportu a metod výzkumu. Druhá část se věnuje zmíněnému klubu, jeho historii, příjmům a výdajům, organizační struktuře, je použita SWOT analýza a dotazník. V třetí části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky výzkumu, klubu jsou doporučeny návrhy a opatření, které by měly zlepšit jeho chod.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the management of the floorball club, SK P.E.M.A. Opava. The thesis is divided into the three main parts. The first part deals with terms, which are related with management, sport and methods of research. The second part contains the history of the club, its income and expense and then the struction of the organisation. In this part there are the SWOT analyse and the questionnaire used. The evaluation of the research, suggetion and provision, which should improve the functionation of the club, are discribed in the last part.
