Abstract

The goal of the bachelor thesis: “ Analysis of Securities According to Their Impact on Issuer Capital“ is to analyze selected types of securities, specifically shares of stock and bonds, and to subsequently evaluate their significance from the perspective of issuer’s capital. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part gives a general overview of securities. The second part focuses on the analysis of the specific selected types of securities, i.e. shares of stock and bonds. The third part consists of examples of issuance of shares of stock and bond that are solved and interpreted.
