Abstract

The topic, which I chose for my final baccalaureate essay is “Capital Network Interconnections of Mining Companies”. In this essay I am describing the fusion of these companies that has been achieved by transforming a trading company by fusion and consolidation. At the beginning of my essay I am describing trading capital companies, focusing mainly on the description of the founding and the beginnings of these companies. Rights and duties of the owners, basic capital, organization, revoking and the ending of these companies are main points being mentioned in the beginning. Secondly, in the next part of my essay I am describing and presenting existing capital companies, which will be fused consequently. Finally, my main focus at the end of my essay is the process of change itself. I also focused on the project of change and the consequences of this change in company. At the end I am also describing the pros and cons of the change in the company. My main sources in this essay are the textbooks of business rights and laws.
