Hodnotenie kultúry bezpečnosti v priemyslových podnikoch

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the problematics of the safety culture in selected companies based on the material obtained during Safety Culture Award competition. The Introductory part deals with the development and the current state of the selected problematics. This part is followed by chapter which analyzes the evaluating criteria. The next chapters present the SCAward competition and selected companies as well as the evaluation of individual rounds during this competition. The last chapter is dedicated to the adjustation of selected problematics. The conclusion of the thesis generalizes the results gained during the competition as well as the subjective knowledge of the author. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of the present-day status of the safety culture and its culture level comparison in selected companies.
