Implementace řízení změn do systému managementu kvality v nově vznikajícím podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řízením změn. V této době je schopnost měnit se u většiny malých podniků klíčová. V této práci vznikl návrh nového teoretického modelu řízení změn se systémem řízení změn a komplexními kroky pro malé a střední podniky. Jsou zde definovány konkrétní nástroje, jak změnu úspěšně implementovat bez dalších příruček či návodů.

Main subject of this Master thesis is change management. Due to a situation, which we all are living in right now, small businesses are having hard time. At this point, abillity to change is crucial. In this thesis new theoretical model of change management with new system of change management and steps to achieve change was created. Specific tools were defined to achieve sucessfull implementation of change without using another manual.
