Strategické řízení v podmínkách vybrané organizace

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with an appropriate strategy assessment for a small specialized company. In the theoretical part the terms of strategy and strategic management are explained. Individual kinds of analyses including PEST analysis, Porter´s Five Forces Model and financial analysis are clarified in this part. In the practical part the inner and outer company environment is analysed. The results have been used for creating company SWOT analysis. In the conclusion I suggest the most appropriate strategy for the company which is based on the prediction of an entrepreneurial environment development and detected results from analyses.
