Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a strategy for a small manufacturing enterprise. The work is divided into six chapters. The introductory chapter presents the meaning of the work, the second chapter is devoted to the theoretical framework of the work, including basic concepts and methods. The third chapter presents the characteristics of the company itself, while the fourth chapter focuses on the application of external and internal analysis methods. Based on the identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, two strategies are proposed in the following chapter - the Differentiation Focus strategy and the Intensive strategy. The final chapter summarizes the results achieved.
