Abstract

This Bachelor theses is focused on current situation analysis of AVX Czech republic s.r.o. Uherské Hradiště company in providing human resources from the very first need of the employee to his adaptation in the company. The main target is to describe and analise the procedure of human resources department of AVX Czech Republic s.r.o. Uherské Hradiště company and afterwads entconsenquly prepare a project of improving some human resources proceses. There are concrete recommendations and proposals mainly from remuneration, motivation and education of emloyee area described and analised in this theses. All these recommendations and proposals should improve the position of this company on the market and to increase the motivation of own employees mainly.
